INTERVIEW | Karey Kollar, Independent Consultant for Blessings Unlimited
Karey, tell us about yourself and your business.
I am a married mom to four children and I’m an Independent Consultant for Blessings Unlimited. Blessings Unlimited brings beautiful faith inspired house wares, kitchen ware, gifts, cards and more. Blessings Unlimited is owned by Dayspring, which also has the backing of being owned by Hallmark.
What services do you offer?
We offer home-based parties which we call gatherings. We show many of our items and allow the guests to have the option of purchasing. We also offer women the ability to join our company and start their own Blessings Unlimited business. Being an independent consultant allows women to manage their own business and share their faith. Our mission is to pursue the heart of God and bring blessings to others.
What are your favorite social media platforms and why?
I suppose my favorite is Facebook. I like it because its easy to use, everyone is on it. Facebook offers a variety of uses and ease of advertising. I have started learning to use Hootsuite and I like it. I love how they provide the Hoote University to teach their system. I use StumbleUpon and have just started with Google+ but no one I know is over there yet.
