Renee, tell us about yourself and your business.
I am a Registered Dietitian, Massage Therapist , Health and Wellness Coach and Spirit Life Coach. I have 20 years of experience in the Health and Wellness Industry. I enjoy designing lifestyle programs tailored to the individual goals.
What services do you offer?
Some of our services include Nutrition counseling, Fitness Training, Health and Wellness coaching to help individuals live a healthier life. I’m also a Spirit Life Coach. I help empower and equip the person to lead a more God-Centered Life.
What are your favorite social media platforms and why?
Facebook, I have connected with so many like-minded people who were interested in the same things as me. In addition, we encourage and motivate each other.
